Coping with extra weight can be difficult, especially if it comes after a period of excess eating. You want rapid weight loss. No matter how diligent you are every day, following a weight loss diet and not getting results isn’t funny at all. How can you remedy the situation? 1. Do not give up eating food. With so many things to do during the day you forget that you have to eat. It may not be good for your diet and in time, you risk getting an ulcer. Set your schedule of meals and do not stray from it.
2. Take control of food you eat. If you need to go to many business dinners or meetings with friends at the restaurant remember you are on a diet. And to make the idea less scary, associate the word – “diet” – with health. It definitely sounds better, does it not? Therefore do not eat everything you have on your plate without inspecting it carefully first.
Make the most of foods that contain vegetables, fruits and lean meat like chicken or fish. These foods will do you a double service: they do not create the feeling of discomfort caused by fatty foods and they will bring a smile on your face when you will notice that they help you lose weight too.
3. Eat foods containing fiber. Fibers require a longer time to digest. Staying longer in your stomach, they you will banish the hunger that is present all the time in your subconscious. Try not to put sugar on your cereals. We know it is hard … but not impossible!
4. Give up junk food. Your diet requires a rhythm and a conduct that you have to follow. You have to give up fried potatoes with salt, mayonnaise and other delights you like. Replace them with a low-fat yogurt, mustard and salads prepared with olive oil.
To lose 20 pounds or more you need to be patient and disciplined. That is the big secret to weight loss.
